This is why we advise you to bathe no longer than 30 minutes and
not to move intensively. Afterwards you have to relax and take a
rest in the relax room. After 5 hours you can make use of the Thermal
bath again. All these minerals penetrate the body through the skin.
After you make use of the Thermal bath we give the advise not to
shower, because the minerals can still penetrate into the skin.
Your visit to the Thermal bath can be well extended with a visit
to the Sauna square.
